Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Max Awad collects, uses, and protects information for iMake, maxawad.com, and related apps and services.

No tracking

We do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

No data sale

We do not sell your personal information.

No ads profile

We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

Information We Collect

iMake is a developer tool, so the app needs to process the content and machine information required to run agent sessions. We collect information you provide directly, information generated while you use the app, and limited technical information needed to operate the service.

Account and contact information

Information such as your account identifier, display name, email address, invite codes, friends, and sharing relationships when you create or use an iMake account.

User content

Prompts, chat messages, agent session history, files, images, audio notes, generated output, release metadata, and other content you intentionally send through iMake.

Machine and developer environment data

Computer names, node identifiers, battery and availability status, tunnel URLs, ports, working directories, command status, and similar metadata needed to run and monitor your agents.

Diagnostics and usage data

Operational logs, request timing, crash or error details, device and app version, and server responses used to keep iMake reliable and troubleshoot support requests.

How We Use Information

  • Run coding-agent sessions and send results back to you.
  • Synchronize your sessions, machines, releases, friends, and settings across devices.
  • Provide support, debugging, abuse prevention, security, and service reliability.
  • Improve iMake based on aggregate operational behavior, without selling your data or using it for third-party advertising.

AI and Third-Party Services

iMake may send prompts, files, session context, and related content to AI model providers, hosting providers, Apple services, Cloudflare, and other infrastructure providers when that is necessary to deliver app functionality. These providers process information on our behalf or under their own terms. Do not send secrets, confidential files, or sensitive personal data to an agent session unless you intend for that content to be processed by the connected services.

Data Sharing

We share information only as needed to operate iMake, comply with law, protect the service, or complete an action you request. For example, if you share a session with a friend or coworker, the session content and related metadata may be visible to that recipient.

Retention and Deletion

We keep account, session, release, machine, and diagnostic data for as long as needed to provide the service, preserve session history, debug issues, meet legal obligations, and protect against abuse. You can request deletion of your account or associated data by contacting us.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for the information handled by iMake. No internet service is perfectly secure, so you should avoid submitting highly sensitive information unless it is necessary for your work.

Children

iMake is a developer tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Choices

You can stop using iMake at any time, delete local app data from your device, remove connected machines, and request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your account by contacting us.
